I Love to Read: Interrupting Chicken -- Vocabulary Mobile

In the book Interrupting Chicken, there are so many new words! Create a mobile to help you learn some of the new words in Interrupting Chicken.

Recommended supplies: paper plate, markers, crayons, construction paper, scissors, tape, yarn

Draw a spiral on the paper plate and cut along the line.
Decorate the paper plate using markers or crayons.
Cut out shapes like circles, triangles, and squares using the construction paper.
Write vocabulary words on each shape. Some possible vocabulary words are: acorn, basket, bedtime, favorite, goodies, interrupt, involve, nibble, wolf, yawn
Tape yarn to each shape, then attach the yarn to the paper plate with tape.
Attach another short piece of yarn to hang the spiral vocabulary mobile.
